Promys makes it easy to implement our PSA solution:

1) Business process “best practices” Promys makes sure you’re automating the right business processes to take full advantage of your new PSA software investment. Here’s how:

  • We formally document your existing business processes,
  • We make suggestions for business process best practices,
  • We help map those business processes to the ideal use cases in Promys.

Live interactive system administrator and end-user training are included for all departments (sales, procurement, help desk, project management, etc) as part of your one time set-up and implementation fee.

2) Unlimited help desk support. There’s no cap on the number of Promys help desk calls. Individual Promys users can call the help desk directly, not just your System Administrator and refresher training is included at no cost; it’s all as part of your subscription agreement. Most Promys help desk calls are responded to within an hour and almost all calls are returned within the same business day. You could watch a video or ask questions to a customer community, but wouldn’t you really rather talk to a Promys functionality and business process subject matter expert? That’s what we thought, too.

3) Importing your existing data Promys has standard Excel templates to import customer, contact, master parts list, and customer inventory asset data into your new Promys business software. Need to include service ticket histories?  We can do that too.  We’ll even help you organize the data you’re bringing across. And yes, that’s all included as part of your one time set-up and implementation fee. We’ve made it easy to implement Promys.
