Toronto, Ontario – Nov 2016 – Promys, a leader in enterprise PSA business software for technology solution providers, announced that it has been awarded a contract by RadioWorks Communications Inc, a Wireless Communications solution and support provider headquartered in Victoria BC. RadioWorks specializes in Motorola products and services, two-way radios and accessories, fleet vehicle equipment including GPS tracking devices and computer mounts and public safety equipment such as tsunami warning systems. RadioWorks provides technical and installation services and specializes in the design and outfitting of fleet vehicles for police, fire and government organizations. RadioWorks also owns and operates its own communications network with simulcast wireless coverage, including two-way radio and paging service. The Promys Enterprise PSA business software was selected in order to help RadioWorks consolidate CRM, Quoting, Project Management, Help Desk, Service Contracts, Inventory and Customer portal into one enterprise PSA business software platform.
“RadioWorks has been a Motorola sales and services shop since 1992 and we’ve grown into one of the largest two-way radio dealerships in British Columbia. Our legacy business software served us well, but to continue to grow we needed better dynamic real-time views into sales opportunities and revenue forecasts, billable staff time and project profitability. We were also spending a lot of time manually coordinating resource schedules and order fulfillment information via e-mail and shared calendars. The Promys PSA software allowed us to address all of those issues in one software solution and set a strong foundation for our continued growth,” said Stefan Hudson, General Manager RadioWorks Communications Inc.
“I was really impressed with how the Promys and QuickBooks integration will reduce the work required to keep our financial information up to date. Promys will help us to produce more timely information, with less effort, upon which to make better business decisions,” continued Karen Hudson, Controller at RadioWorks.
John Breakey, founder and former CEO of Unis Lumin, a Cisco gold Partner and current CEO of Promys adds, “We re-wrote Promys PSA from scratch over the last 2.5 years because knew putting “lipstick on the pig” wasn’t going to allow us to take our customers to the next level. As part of that process, we also re-imagined our implementation and training methodology to ensure that Promys customers transition to the new version quickly and easily, so that they can focus their attention on growing their business, not on implementing their new PSA software.
